Prayer to the Divine: Yoga, Awareness, and Gratitude

Updated: Feb 24

Welcome back.

Three weeks have flown by, filled with practice, exploration, and shared life. Every day unfolded as an interweaving of experiences: the breath deepening through pranayama, the insights of philosophy, the vibration of mantras chanted together, the body awakening in anatomy, and the laughter and silences shared over meals with fellow travelers. Moments of strength and fragility, days that stretched until dawn, and dawns that brought new light.

Today, with a heart full of gratitude, I felt the need to pause and gather all of this into a prayer. A prayer to the Divine—whatever name we choose to call it.

May these words reach you with the same grace and beauty that have been brought upon me.

PRAYER TO THE DIVINE

Blessed be Your presence, always, even when I cannot perceive it.
Guide me to those who recognize my true essence and see beyond my deepest fears.
Help me discern those who cannot see me, and grant me the wisdom to step away with grace.
I offer blessings to every soul I meet on my path.
Fill me with the clarity to embrace both darkness and light, free from judgment.
Grant me the strength to sit with my emotions, unwavering.
Grant me the courage to walk through the darkest nights, trusting the dawn.
Grant me the wisdom to see beyond the veils of illusion.
Blessed be Your presence, always.

✨ If these words have touched you, please share them. May they inspire others on this journey of discovery.✨

With gratitude,

Agnese
